Not only is Meredith a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, she’s a wife, a mom of three, a yoga teacher, and a CrossFit box owner. She uses all of these roles to teach others how to be present in the moment and live life to the fullest!
Meredith is also a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She credits her journey with food and nutrition to the principles of intuitive eating and yoga. Her relationship with food has continued to evolve since taking up yoga 13 years ago. She has rejected the diet mentality and found an inner peace with her own self and body. From that mentality comes a balance of gentle nutrition, honoring the body through food and movement, and truly enjoying each moment; a renewed sense of freedom.
Through her journey as being a mom of a child with food allergies, her own experience with intuitive eating and yoga and lessons learned in her field of nutrition through evidence-based science, she hopes to educate and inspire those looking to find peace with food across all spectrum of nutrition and wellness.
